• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible real money balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by third parties, including sports data providers

In all circumstances, mitra138's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.
